{RBB} Aug Summary – Health, Worth, Money

I am now drinking half my body weight in oz. of water every day!!

When I began to reflect on this month, some awesome correlations popped out.

Water represents emotion and is symbolic of movement.

Keep that in mind when you read my interpretation, it totally fits.

My interpretation:

Okay, so my weight didn’t drop and my money didn’t climb….yet.

I was able to work through and release a TON of emotional baggage (see how the water fits here) that came up. Self – forgiveness is my word of the month (thank goodness for my metaphysical training)!

My worthiness factor jumped up one notch and that in turn created 5 more opportunities (again, with the water and movement) that are all set to happen in Sept!

I am looking at it like in volleyball (which is only because people play volleyball out side my house), someone has to set me up so I can spike it over the net.

What a few of my opportunities looked like:

~ Free tickets to a ball game ~ my hubby and I had an awesome date night!

~ I was asked to speak on this amazing telesummit, you will hear about next month 🙂

~ Every time I turned around someone was buying me lunch – I counted this as one opportunity, although it rightfully should be 10!

 

 

Appreciating these opportunities that came in to my life now will attract so many more and I can’t wait to see what happens in Sept.

I encourage you to shift one behavior in Sept and see what it creates in your life!

Start flushing your money blocks!

I have been easily drinking 30 oz. a day, here are some things I have learned so far:

1. I eat less

2. I feel thirsty more frequently

3. I pee a lot more

 

Also, I am connecting with my body in a way I never have before.

The feelings that I used to associate with hunger, I am now realizing this is actually my body trying to tell me how thirsty I am!  To really start to understand the difference, I am drinking water first and then if I still feel hungry 15 min later I will eat.

Now a side affect that has taken me by surprise: My feelings of poor self-worth and not enough are coming up, swirling around and trying to kick my ass. You see, I am an emotional eater, so as you can imagine since I am eating less, I am feeling more.

Now, as I am working to increase my moolah, those feelings are not conducive to attracting abundance. In an effort to understand this water thing more I did what I always do when I feel lost and out-of-sorts…I look for the meaning and symbolism.

Here’s what I found:

Water is symbolic of emotion, intuition and the interconnected flow of energy between all things alive.

AHA moment:

My stuffing my face to avoid feeling has caused me to clog up the energy pipes of abundance in my life, blocking the flow both in and out.

I am excited to see what happens as I continue to flush out those blocks this month!

I am testing this theory:  increased body confidence =  increased worthiness = increased income.

I’m calling it the Rockin B & B Challenge or RBB for short (B & B = bod and bank account).

For the next 12 months I will be:

Taking one action step to improve my health  and making one mindset shift to ensure I maintain it.

I will track the whole thing and share it all every week, to keep me accountable and in hopes of inspiring you to challenge yourself!

To help me rock this challenge in the healthiest way possible, I am so honored to have been able to team up with  The Women’s Wellness Coach, Michelle Greenman.

Once I explained my plans, she was thrilled to share her wisdom to help make this a brilliant success. She will be the guiding force to make sure I focus on the most important aspects first and do it completely naturally.

 

 

To begin, we agreed that water was the best place for me to start.

You see a couple of weeks ago (2 to be exact), I became aware of just how little water I actually drank.

There was a few days in a row, I only had about 2 cups each day!!

No wonder I was so tired and addicted to energy drinks.

I began making an effort and now I am up to 30 oz. a day or one large water bottle. So I will stick with that focus and increase it to 125 oz. a day, which is 1/2 my body weight in ounces.

 

To really make a permanent shift, she encouraged me to focus on short-term goals.

Instead of getting overwhelmed with thinking about how much 125 oz. of water is, break it up. So I now challenge myself to drink 8 oz. every 2 hours; this feels way easier, right!?

August Challenge Summary:

My Health Goal: Drink half my body weight in ounces daily -125oz- or 4 large water bottles.  I will increase by 30oz each week, so I am drinking 125 oz. daily by the last week of Aug

My Game Changer: Think small; break up the challenge into smaller, less overwhelming parts and slowly increase.

 

I am so excited to see how this challenge will change my life and I do hope you will join me!
